This week’s visit represents a step forward in US-India relations, and I welcome Prime Minister Modi to Washington and look forward to his address to the joint session of Congress,” said Congressman Fitzpatrick. “We must continue to grow our partnership and stand together to combat adversaries, including the Chinese Communist Party.”
