State Rep. Kathleen C. Tomlinson | Pennsylvania 18th Legislative District
Rep. K.C. Tomlinson (R-Bucks) will host a press conference in Harrisburg on May 20, 2024, to discuss House Resolution 402, which designates May 20 as "Rescue Dog Day" in Pennsylvania. The event will feature representatives from the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), Women’s Animal Center, the Humane Society of the Harrisburg Area (HSHA), and PA PitStop.
Scheduled participants include Kristen Tullo, PA state director for HSUS; Cathy Malkemes, CEO of Women’s Animal Center; Aspasia Yeager, HSHA operations director; and Denise Klonis, co-founder of PA PitStop.
The press conference is set for Monday, May 20 at 1:15 p.m. It will take place at the Pennsylvania State Capitol Main Rotunda located at 501 N. 3rd St., Harrisburg, PA. The event will be livestreamed on RepTomlinson.com and on Rep. Tomlinson’s Facebook Page.
