Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania's First District has announced that Zeyneb Kir, a student from Bucks County Technical High School, will be his guest at the Joint Address to Congress. Zeyneb is recognized for her commitment and potential in the healthcare field, particularly through her participation in the school's dental health program and her work at a pediatric dental hospital.

Zeyneb's parents, Gul and Koskal Kir, immigrated from Turkey over two decades ago. Raised in Levittown with three siblings, she draws inspiration from her family's journey and embraces challenges as opportunities for growth. As she approaches graduation in 2026, Zeyneb aims to continue her education and pursue a career in healthcare.

"Zeyneb represents the future of Bucks County, the future of Pennsylvania, and the future of this nation," stated Congressman Fitzpatrick. He emphasized that "through hard work, education, and opportunity, anything is possible."

Fitzpatrick has been an advocate for career and technical education, working to secure funding that provides students like Zeyneb with practical training and skills necessary for today's workforce. Bucks County hosts two leading technical schools—Bucks County Technical High School and Upper Bucks County Technical School—that contribute significantly to industry advancements.

"Bucks County has always been a place where hard work and determination pave the way to success," Fitzpatrick added. He highlighted that investing in young leaders like Zeyneb strengthens not only individual futures but also builds a more prosperous America.
