State Rep. Kathleen C. Tomlinson | Pennsylvania 18th Legislative District
Rep. K.C. Tomlinson (R-Bucks) has announced a rescheduled press conference to be held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where she will be joined by members of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), Women’s Animal Center, the Humane Society of the Harrisburg Area (HSHA), and PA PitStop. The press conference will focus on House Resolution 402, which recognizes May 20, 2024, as “Rescue Dog Day” in Pennsylvania.
The list of attendees includes Tomlinson; Kristen Tullo, PA state director for HSUS; Cathy Malkemes, CEO of Women’s Animal Center; Aspasia Yeager, HSHA operations director; and Denise Klonis, co-founder of PA PitStop.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, June 4 at 2 p.m., and will take place on the front steps of the Pennsylvania State Capitol located at 501 N. 3rd St., Harrisburg, PA.
