40 Bellevue LLC for property located at 40 Bellevue Ave. The applicant is appealing the 8/2/21 Zoning Violation Notice, requesting an interpretation to permit auto repair as a permitted accessory use to the primary use of the property as a truck yard, and, in the alternative, requesting a variance from Section 405-18, Table of Use Regulations, to allow for accessory auto repair at the property
