Many of us have had to face the difficult challenges imposed by health issues, whether for a loved one or for ourselves. If the issue is serious and post-hospital care is needed, important decisions often have to be made very quickly. The decisions are many and they are often affected by many issues such as insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, the offerings and availability of various rehab facilities and so on.
Join us for a presentation which will help attendees understand some of the decisions that are often involved when faced with serious illnesses that might require care either at home or a residential facility. The presentation will provide important information that can help attendees and their families make good decisions if/when the time comes.
The presentation is free of charge and will be offered both in person at Our Lady of Grace Church and via live-stream.
