Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, who represents Pennsylvania’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates on his activities and engagements through several posts on social media.
On April 16, 2026, Fitzpatrick highlighted a visit with local students: “What a great afternoon with the students and staff of Bensalem High School here in our Nation’s Capitol today! Welcoming neighbors and young leaders from our community to Washington is always a highlight, and spending time with this impressive group in the halls where so much”.
The following day, on April 17, he reported on a meeting concerning international affairs: “Today, I met with H.E. Yuliia @Svyrydenko_Y, Prime Minister of Ukraine, alongside my fellow Co-Chairs of the Congressional Ukraine Caucus. Our meeting came in the immediate aftermath of one of Russia’s largest and deadliest attacks of the year. In a single night, Putin launched”.
Later that same day, Fitzpatrick posted about honoring local community members: “Each week, we share stories of those who leave a lasting mark on our community. This week, we honor a woman whose legacy lives not only in the life she built, but in the countless lives she welcomed in: Helen Humphrey, the Duchess of Edgely, a beloved longtime resident of”.
Fitzpatrick has served as U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania’s 1st District since 2017 after succeeding Mike Fitzpatrick. He was born in Philadelphia in 1973 and currently resides in Levittown. Fitzpatrick holds degrees from La Salle University (BS) and Pennsylvania State University (JD).
