On June 16, 2025, Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick expressed his stance on political violence by stating that it is “an act of terror against our democracy” which “cannot be rationalized, nor will it ever be tolerated.” He urged prosecutors to seek the maximum charges under law for those responsible to ensure accountability and justice. “Political violence is an act of terror against our democracy. It cannot be rationalized, nor will it ever be tolerated.”

Later that day, Fitzpatrick emphasized the importance of national service by tweeting about its role in strengthening America.
