Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, U.S. Congressman representing Pennsylvania’s 1st district since 2017, recently used his social media platform to address issues related to international security and labor rights.
On December 12, 2025, Fitzpatrick highlighted a meeting with Ukrainian Ambassador StefanishynaO and other members of the Ukraine Caucus. In his post, he stated: “I sat down with Ukrainian Ambassador @StefanishynaO and my fellow Co-Chairs of the @UkraineCaucus for a critical discussion on security priorities as Russia intensifies its attacks on Ukrainian cities. History leaves no ambiguity: peace is preserved through strength, resolve,”.
Later that day, Fitzpatrick turned attention to domestic policy by discussing recent legislative action in Congress. On December 12, 2025, he posted: “Doing right by America’s workers is never complicated. Yesterday, the House chose to do right. With strong bipartisan support, we passed the Protect America’s Workforce Act, legislation I’m proud to lead with Congressman Jared Golden, to protect the rights of nearly one million”.
The following day, December 13, 2025, Fitzpatrick reiterated his position on foreign policy with a brief message referencing deterrence: “#PeaceThroughStrength”.
Fitzpatrick has represented Pennsylvania’s 1st District since replacing Mike Fitzpatrick in 2017. Born in Philadelphia in 1973 and currently residing in Levittown at age 49, he holds degrees from La Salle University (BS) and Pennsylvania State University (JD).
