Kristin Marcell to host senior expo on March 27 in Ivyland

Rep. Kristin Marcell announced on March 24 that she will host a Senior Expo for area seniors, their families, and caregivers on Friday, March 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Spring Mill Country Club in Ivyland.

The event aims to connect seniors and their loved ones with local, county, and state organizations offering resources and programs designed to improve quality of life. “This free event brings together seniors and their families with local, county and state organizations that provide valuable resources and programs aimed at improving quality of life,” Marcell said. “I encourage seniors and their loved ones to take advantage of this opportunity and attend.”

Exhibitors from various agencies will be present to share information about services important to older adults. Attendees will also have the chance to hear from experts about frauds and scams targeting consumers, including advice on how not to become a victim.

Marcell represented constituents in Bucks County according to the official website. She resided in Wrightstown with her husband and two children according to the official website. Marcell served as a state representative for her district according to the official website.

Her background includes graduating from Council Rock schools as well as earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Penn State University and a master’s degree in public policy from George Washington University according to the official website.
