U.S. Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, who represents Pennsylvania’s 1st district, recently highlighted community achievements and local heritage in a series of posts on his social media account.
On March 16, Fitzpatrick posted: “Join me in congratulating Nolan Scheller of Troop 139, from Warminster, on earning the rank of Eagle Scout! For his Eagle Scout project, Nolan designed and constructed birdhouses at the historic Moland House in Bucks County—an important Revolutionary War site in Warwick Township https://t.co/kDYfxVM77r”.
The following day, Fitzpatrick marked St. Patrick’s Day by reflecting on its significance for the community. On March 17 he wrote: “St. Patrick’s Day is so much more than a holiday. It is a celebration of heritage, faith, resilience, and the enduring spirit of a people whose story helped shape our nation and continues to strengthen communities like ours every day. Across PA-1 this weekend, that spirit was on https://t.co/JxWuWo1vmc”.
Later that same day, Fitzpatrick commented on the importance of the Delaware River to residents of his district. In his March 17 post he stated: “If you live in PA-1, you know the Delaware is not just a river. It is woven into the entire life of our region—our communities, economy, environment, and history. It is part of the very landscape where the American story was shaped, and it remains one of our most vital natural https://t.co/oKzvvnaIWY”.
