U.S. Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, who represents Pennsylvania’s 1st district, recently highlighted local achievements and community services in a series of posts on his social media account.
On April 14, 2026, Fitzpatrick praised the efforts of emergency responders in Bucks County, writing: “The men and women of Bucks County 911 are among the most vital professionals protecting our community every day. As a certified EMT, I know that what happens in the field depends in no small part on what happens first. Under the leadership of John Geib, Bucks County 911 sets that”.
The following day, April 15, he congratulated a local scout for an accomplishment benefitting the community: “Join me in congratulating Jackson Wisniewski of Troop 29, from Yardley, on earning the rank of Eagle Scout! For his project, Jackson engineered and constructed a new rainwater collection and irrigation system for the community garden at God’s Love Lutheran Church in Newtown,”.
Later on April 15, Fitzpatrick reflected on his visit to Lightbridge Academy in Doylestown: “Great to spend time at Lightbridge Academy in Doylestown, reconnect with their team, and see how much they have thrived since opening their doors in October 2024. I had a feeling at the grand opening that this would be a special place, and coming back now, I can confirm it is.”
Fitzpatrick has served as U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania’s 1st District since replacing Mike Fitzpatrick in 2017. He was born in Philadelphia in 1973 and currently resides in Levittown. Fitzpatrick graduated from La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree before earning his law degree from Pennsylvania State University’s Carlisle campus.
