Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, who represents Pennsylvania’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, shared updates on social media regarding his recent activities and legislative efforts.

On September 5, 2025, Fitzpatrick posted a message supporting the Philadelphia Eagles: “Time to fly! #GOBIRDS “.

Later that day, he described upcoming work at the U.S. border with fellow members of the Problem Solvers Caucus: “Busy few days ahead at the Border with my @ProbSolveCaucus colleagues. We’ll be meeting with federal, state, and local law enforcement, as well as importers, ranchers, and immigration advocates—reviewing progress, hearing concerns, and working together to address the challenges” (September 5, 2025).

In another post on September 5, Fitzpatrick announced bipartisan legislation aimed at healthcare affordability: “Proud to join my @ProbSolveCaucus Co-Chair @RepTomSuozzi in introducing the Bipartisan ACA Premium Tax Credit Extension Act. Our bill will: Extend enhanced premium tax credits through 2026 Maintain expanded eligibility for middle-income families Prevent disruption and”.

Fitzpatrick has represented Pennsylvania’s 1st district since replacing Mike Fitzpatrick in 2017. He was born in Philadelphia in 1973 and currently resides in Levittown. Fitzpatrick graduated from La Salle University in 1996 and later earned a JD from Pennsylvania State University’s Carlisle campus in 2001.
