On June 2, 2025, Fitzpatrick expressed gratitude towards Speaker Johnson for his support and emphasized the need for decisive action by Congress. He advocated for the passage of his bipartisan Sanctioning Russia Act with Senator Lindsey Graham to hold Putin’s regime accountable. Fitzpatrick stated: “Thank you, @SpeakerJohnson, for your support. Now is the time for Congress to act decisively. We must pass my bipartisan Sanctioning Russia Act with @LindseyGrahamSC to hold Putin’s regime accountable—for refusing to pursue peace, violating Ukraine’s sovereignty, and continuing.”

The following day, on June 3, 2025, Fitzpatrick highlighted the importance of public lands in Pennsylvania and across the nation. He mentioned his role in ensuring that the bipartisan Great American Outdoors Act was signed into law. His post read: “In our PA-1 community and across Pennsylvania, our public lands, parks, and waterways are more than natural treasures—they’re essential to our health, economy, and way of life. That’s why I fought to ensure my bipartisan Great American Outdoors Act was signed into law.”

Later that day on June 3rd, he congratulated Cameron McCrane Gillis from Troop 187 in Sellersville on achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Fitzpatrick praised Cameron’s leadership and commitment to service through his project involving designing and constructing a new flowerbed and benches: “Join me in congratulating Cameron McCrane Gillis of Troop 187 from Sellersville on earning the rank of Eagle Scout—an outstanding achievement that reflects his leadership and commitment to service.”
